Season 1

Season 1 of the popular television show Bones was much more popular than originally expected.

The series premiere attracted approximately 10.8 million viewers which was the highest number of viewers that Fox had received for any primetime Thursday-night drama since 24.

It was originally aired September 13, 2005 and the finale aired May 14, 2006. After the first three episode, Fox signed on the show for the rest of the season – and then more seasons after this.
